Operation Hottie

I’ve tried and failed multiple times. It took years and a bunch of research to figure out how to be in control of my weight. Managing your bodyweight seems simple enough but when you actually try to do it, it isn’t as easy as it seems. There are so many factors to consider, and there are so many habits to break. Plus, how in the world are we supposed to find the time to work on our fitness and health whilst hustling and doing adult stuff?
